Registration fee includes morning and afternoon teas and lunch each day, entry to the Civic Reception and a copy of the Summit Program and Abstracts.

Full registration refunds will be available up to and including 8 June 2007. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given after 8 June 2007.

The Summit Dinner will incur an additional cost of $45.00. Drinks are not included but may be purchased at the venue bar which will be open throughout the dinner for our convenience.

(NOTE: The dinner will be a delicious Vegetarian feast which we are sure will be enjoyed by both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. However, if you do have a preference for non-Vegetarian, Vegan or other, please indicate same on your registration form).
